Almost all the products in our catalog are covered by Italian Official Warranty, 24 Months at all Authorized Italian Service Centers. All the documentation in the box is Italian with the Official Guarantee Certificate if required.
24 month warranty
The 24-month warranty, in accordance with Decree-Law 24/02, applies to the product that has a lack of conformity provided that the latter is used correctly and not tampered with by third parties. This guarantee is reserved for the private consumer, ie the person who buys for purposes not related to his work and who has not entered his VAT number during the purchase phase.
In case of lack of conformity, we will restore the product by repairing or replacing the product after the Authorized Service Center has confirmed to us. Only following the issue of an authorization number, the customer must send the goods following the instructions contained in the email. If the product is not repairable, the BL2Store can proceed at its own discretion or at the return of the amount paid at the time of the order or at the substitution with another product of equal or superior characteristics.
If, after sending the product to the Authorized Service Center, it is found that the product has no defect or the defect is not covered by warranty, the costs incurred for checks on the same and any transport costs will be charged to the Customer.
How do I use the Warranty?
All products purchased on www.bl2.it are covered under the DL 24/02 by a 24-month warranty for conformity defects. To assert the warranty, the Customer must keep the invoice that will be sent together with the package or via e-mail.
The manufacturer's warranty is provided according to the methods indicated directly by the parent company in the instruction booklet of the product purchased. If, after sending the product to the Authorized Service Center, it is found that the product has no defect or the defect is not covered by warranty, the costs incurred for checks on the same and any transport costs will be charged to the Customer.
How to request assistance from BL2Store?
In the event that the repair of the product does not take place directly through the manufacturer, the customer can directly request assistance from our Customer Care by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
In order to send the product you have to follow some simple steps:
The product must appear on the invoice, therefore no return will be accepted for a product that is not on the invoice and not purchased at our store;
The product must not be tampered with or damaged, otherwise, as soon as it is received, it will be returned to the sender with the charge for the verification of the same;
The product must be accompanied with the description of the defect found;
In case of sending a memory medium, it is recommended to save the data present inside as the BL2Store will not be absolutely responsible for the loss of data during the restoration of the product.
It is specified that in case of tampering by third parties or damage due to shocks and falls, the customer totally loses the right to the guarantee.
Time for product restoration
The waiting times for the repair of the product are attributable only to the Authorized Service Center which has deadlines independent from the BL2Store and which are needed to procure spare parts or to check the product in question.
It will therefore not be possible to request any damage to the BL2Store for delays in repairs.
Sending the product
In the event that the product must be returned to the BL2Store for the restoration of the product in case of lack of conformity, we require a careful packaging to protect it during transport.
To limit damage to the product in question, we recommend to insert it in its original box and then insert the box in a second box to protect the product from shocks that could cause damage during transport.
Applicable law and competent court
All contracts concluded on the basis of the present general conditions, through the website www.bl2.it, are governed by Italian law and for any dispute concerning the application execution interpretation and violation of the same is subject to Italian jurisdiction.
The present general conditions are reported, although not expressly provided for therein, to the combined provisions of Legislative Decree 50 of 15/01/92 and of Legislative Decree 185 of 22/05/99. For any dispute that may arise in relation to the present general conditions and contracts stipulated on the basis of the same, limited to cases where the art. 14, Legislative Decree 22.5.1999, n. 185, the Court of Gorizia will be exclusively competent.
