Right of withdrawal

1. Pursuant to art. 64 and following of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, if the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number reference in the order form to BL2 S.r.l.), has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without any penalty and without prejudice to what is indicated in the Guarantees chapter.

2. To exercise this right, the Customer must enter a withdrawal request online in the "Order Status" area in which it will also be necessary to indicate the bank details necessary to return the sums paid; the system will send the customer a paper form via email which must be printed and sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods to:

Having received the registered letter, BL2 S.r.l. will send the Customer the form for exercising the right of withdrawal by email with the authorization number which must be attached to the outside of the packaging in which the product will be physically placed and sent to BL2 S.r.l. within 10 working days of authorization.

3. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions:

the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g. accessories, attached software, etc...);

the right does not apply to prepaid cards of the Shoot and Print service, to audiovisual products or to sealed computer software (including those attached to hardware material), once opened;

the purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc...); To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, placing it in a second box, on which to affix the RMA number (return authorization code) issued by BL2 S.r.l. ; In all cases, affixing labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original packaging of the product should be avoided;

the goods subject to the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be returned in a normal state of conservation, as they have been kept and possibly used with the use of normal diligence: therefore, used products which show signs of damage or dirt and which consequently they can no longer consider themselves intact;

the goods subject to the exercise of the right of withdrawal must bear the same serial number present on the BL2 S.r.l. sales invoice. ; if the good shows a serial number different from that indicated on the invoice, the return will not be accepted and the product will be made available to the Customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request;

shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are borne by the customer;

the shipment, until receipt is certified in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;

in case of damage to the goods during transport, BL2 S.r.l. will notify the Customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier he has chosen and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the Customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request;

BL2 S.r.l. is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

4. BL2 S.r.l. will reimburse the customer the entire amount already paid, as quickly as possible and in any case within 30 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, upon receipt of the goods subject to the withdrawal, through a cancellation procedure of the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (ABI Code - CAB - Current Account of the invoice holder).

5. The right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where BL2 S.r.l. ascertain:

the lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;

the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...) or anomalies in the product itself;

damage to the product for reasons other than its transport;

a state of dirtiness of the product due to its use, which has compromised it integrity.

The costs and risks of return transport are entirely borne by the Customer. The return of products that are not intact, damaged or without original accessories and equipment will not be accepted by BL2 Srl and will be returned to the sender with an increase in transport costs.

In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, BL2 Srl will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.

PayPal Conditions Updates 03/05/2020

Starting from March 5, 2020, in the case of a purchase on the website www.BL2.it with payment methods using the PayPal system, where the same buyer subsequently requests a refund for any reason and for any reason of the sum paid, this refund it will not include the fees withheld by PayPal (equal to a fixed sum of €0.35 + a variable sum equal to 2.2% of the amount paid), but only the net amount of the transaction.
