Boya Audio Adapter BY-MP4 for Smartphone, DSLR Cameras, Camcorders

The Boya BY-MP4 is simple and functional 2-channel audio adapter. The BY-MP4 can be connected to a Smartphone, DSLR, Camcorders and PC using the supplied 3.5 mm TRRS cable and the 3.5 mm TRS cable. The BY-MP4 offers you an easy solution for using audio mixing and dual mic mounting. The BY-MP4 has three mounting shoes on which you can mount various accessories, such as microphones, wireless receivers, LED lighting, etc.

No battery required

You can use the BY-MP4 without batteries. The Boya BY-MP4 works with the phantom power of the camera.

Usage Boya BY-MP4

You could use the BY-MP4 as follows: on the stereo input you connect a shotgun microphone, which you attach to the top hot shoe of the BY-MP4. Connect a lavalier microphone to both mono inputs. These can also be wireless microphones. You can confirm the receivers on the left and right hot shoe. You can switch between the sound of the shotgun microphone and the sound of both lavalier microphones with the stereo mono button. Since the sound of both mono channels is sent to the camera on a separate track, you can edit both separately in the editing.
