1. Cash on delivery
In case of cash on delivery, an additional contribution of 5.00 Euros is applied to the total amount of the order for the management by the courier, clearly highlighted when choosing the payment method. Payment must be made to the courier with cash (exact sum, the possibility of the rest is not provided) if the value of the order does not exceed 500 Euros or by bank draft (bank checks and / or POST checks will not be accepted by the courier) up to a limit of 500 Euros. The delivery of the product will be postponed by one working day from the date of the order to allow the Customer to obtain the cashier's check or cash.
2. Advance Bank Transfer
In case of payment by bank transfer in advance, the order is sent only when the credit is actually credited to the c / c of BL2 S.r.l. , which must take place within 5 working days from the date of acceptance of the order, after which the order is deemed automatically canceled. The reason for the bank transfer must include the identification of the order (year, type and order number), which is released in the order confirmation email.
3. Credit card
In the case of purchase of goods by credit card payment method, at the end of the online transaction, the reference banking institution authorizes only the commitment of the amount relating to the purchase made. The amount relating to the processed goods is charged to the customer's credit card at the time of the actual fulfillment of the ordered goods. The credit cards accepted are all those that rely on the Visa, Mastercard and American Express circuits. In case of purchase with American Express credit card, we remind you that the destination address of the goods must correspond to the one declared when the card was issued: otherwise, contact the American Express call center on 06-72280371 to authorize shipping to different address.
Order cancellation is possible until the moment it is not yet in stock. The order status is clearly visible in the "Order status" area and can no longer be canceled if the indication "Order in progress" appears. The release times, for some types of cards, depend exclusively on the banking system and can reach their natural expiry (24th day from the authorization date). Request for cancellation of the transaction, in no case BL2 S.r.l. can be held responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, caused by delay in the failure to release the amount committed by the banking system. In the event that the Customer's order is still open beyond the 23rd day from the date of forwarding, BL2 S.r.l. however, it will debit the Customer's credit card with the amount due, even if in advance of the material delivery of the goods, in order to avoid the expiry of the transaction authorization (24 days). BL2 S.r.l. reserves the right to request additional information from the Customer (e.g. landline number) or to send a copy of documents proving ownership of the Card used. In the absence of the required documentation, BL2 S.r.l. reserves the right not to accept the order. At no time during the purchase procedure BL2 S.r.l. is able to know the information relating to the credit card of the buyer, as they are entered directly on the website of the bank that manages the transaction (with very high security systems); since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility that these data will be intercepted. No computer archive of BL2 S.r.l.contains or stores such data. In no case BL2 S.r.l. can therefore be held responsible for any fraudulent and undue use of credit cards by third parties, when paying for products purchased on www.bl2.it.
4. Prepaid Credit Card
In case of purchase with a prepaid credit card, the customer enters the identification numbers of the card; simultaneously with the conclusion of the online transaction, the reference banking institution authorizes only the commitment relating to the purchase made. The amount relating to the processed goods is charged to the customer's credit card at the time of the actual fulfillment of the ordered goods. In case of cancellation of the order, both by the Customer and in the case of non-acceptance of BL2 S.r.l., the same contextually will request the cancellation of the transaction and the release of the committed amount. PayPal Conditions Updates 05/03/2020
Starting from 5 March 2020, in the event of a purchase on the website www.BL2.it with payment methods using the PayPal system, where the same buyer subsequently requests a refund for any reason and for any reason, the refund paid, this refund it will not include the rates withheld by PayPal (equal to a fixed sum of € 0.35 + a variable sum equal to 2.2% of the paid amount), but only the net of the transaction.
6. Payment in installments with Consel "@ Rate in Rete"
Payment in installments can be requested, choosing from the different payment methods available, at the end of the purchase procedure.
By choosing this form of payment you will be transferred, for the conclusion of the order, to the Consel website where you can choose the type of installment. Having read the conditions of the loan and the relative interest rates, you will then be asked for some personal data (personal data, employment, establishment of your family unit, income).
On the Consel web page you can choose your repayment plan from the available solutions and acquire all the contractual documentation and information relating to the loan including: privacy information, code of ethics and document "European basic information on consumer credit" (SECCI) .
The granting of the loan and the completion of the order are subject to prior approval by Consel SpA. The transaction always takes place in a protected manner, on the Consel website, with 128bit encryption to guarantee the adequate level of confidentiality of the information sent. The data are provided directly to Consel SpA and for no reason will be made available to the partner).
After completing the form, Consel will return one of these three answers in real time:
- Provisional approval of the loan.
- Request for further information for processing the file.
- Failure to approve funding.
Consel will send you e-mails with which it will confirm you and update you on the results of the assessments made.
In case of provisional approval, you will be invited to print the precompiled online contract which you must return signed, attaching the required documentation:
- copy of a valid identity document;
- copy of a valid health card;
- copy of one of the following documents chosen from:
a) domestic users (gas, electricity, telephone) for the last two months registered to you;
b) bank current account statement for the past 3 months;
c) certificate of residence;
- recent copy of paycheck or Single Cover page template (first 3 pages) with Rn-RV Framework and Entratel receipt of the transmission to the Inland Revenue. If you are retired, you can send either Obis M Form or the Pension Analytical Prospectus or the last CU;
- if the amount requested is greater than 2,000.00 euros, copy of the order confirmation email received from the site with the product details and the address of the shipment of the goods.

Once all the documentation has been received, Consel will issue the final approval, sending you a confirmation e-mail, and the goods will be sent to the address indicated by you.
The whole procedure takes 4-5 working days. To speed up the execution of the order as much as possible, it is essential that you send the documentation and the signed contract to you as soon as possible, preferably using priority, registered or registered mail A1.
If you decide not to follow up on the request for funding or, in the event of failure to return the documentation relating to it, the request will be deemed withdrawn.
The advantages of the installment payment
