This card reader features a CFexpress Type B slot and connects to your Windows, Mac, iOS, iPadOS, Linux, or Android host device via a built-in USB-C port, which supports USB4 40Gb/s and also provides bus power. It also features an active cooling system that helps prevent overheating and thermal throttling, even under heavy workloads, an LED indicator for device feedback, and SolidConnect technology, which provides a recessed USB port in the drive bay to help secure the connection. Includes a 12.6" USB4 cable with USB-C connectors on both ends and a Solid Flex design for increased durability.

Please note that XQD cards are not supported, although this card reader can be used to update the firmware of your Angelbird CFexpress Type B card to extend its lifespan.
