Tilta Boulder Camera Cart Indie Kit

The Tilta Boulder Camera Cart is a rugged, portable workstation designed for filmmakers, technicians, and DIY users. Its tool-free, quick release system allows fast assembly or disassembly and, when not in use, the top and bottom trays lock together as a secure hard-shell case while the built-in wheels and a handle turn it into a rolling case for easy transport. The cart is constructed from durable aluminum and features multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounting points for full customization with accessories such as monitor arms, tool racks, and support gear ready to adapt to any workflow.

Cart Design

The Boulder Cart is a modular platform meant to be built up to suit whatever kind of production needs your workflow requires, ranging from workstation for studio productions to a digi-tech cart for streaming and commercial shoots to an outdoor cart for location and daily use needs to an at-home work space for desktop computing needs. A wide range of accessories can be added to this Base Model, which includes:

Four 9" wheels (two fixed and two rotating casters) with pneumatic tires for smooth mobility

Top and bottom trays with lips; each tray measures about 42 x 24" and the cart stands 41"-tall when assembled

Two cross bars and four 40mm support speed rails form the foundation of the cart

Two handles for pushing or pulling the cart; these handles can be moved and removed as needed

Tilta Steadicam Dock for Boulder Camera Cart

This Steadicam Dock is designed for use with the Tilta Boulder Camera Cart to store and balance your Steadicam system. The pole installs onto either side of the cart with tool-free mounting clamps and it can be quickly and easily removed when it's not in use.

When used with a separately available 75mm or 100mm ball head mount, you can conveniently store, rotate, and balance your Steadicam system. This pole rotates and features height adjustment to accommodate the size of your rig. A 5/8" Baby pin on top of the pole can be used to store accessories, arms, lights, monitors, and other devices with a compatible receiver.

Tilta Monitor Mount for Boulder Camera Cart Mounting Bar (Black)

The Tilta Monitor Mount for Boulder Camera Cart Mounting Bar is a V-lock-compatible QR plate with 75 x 75 and 100 x 100mm VESA mounting. It mounts on the Boulder Camera Cart Mounting Bar and supports monitors weighing up to 55 lb. With adjustable pan and tilt tension that enables slight position adjustments of your monitor without having to unlock and then relock the axes, the mount also features a quick release lever for rotating the monitor from landscape to portrait mode.

This Expansion Mounting Bracket Kit from Tilta expands the capabilities of your Boulder Camera Cart. Once installed, which requires no tools, the bar supports an external monitor via optional quick release mounts. Take advantage of the multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 threads for mounting smaller accessories. Mount the bar to your cart using two toggle screw-based clamps.
