The Samyang 50mm T1.3 AS UMC CS VDSLR / Cine lens - MFT MOUNT is the film / video version of the Samyang 50mm f/1.2 AS UMC CS lens for Micro Four Thirds mount mirrorless cameras such as Panasonic Lumix G / Olympus OM-D and PEN series / Blackmagic MFT camera systems featuring the same superb optics, but with integrated gearing for video rigs with follow focus systems, including decoupled aperture, and T stops. The Samyang 50mm T1.3 lens is a fully manual lens including manual focus, specifically designed for mirrorless cameras with APS-C or smaller sized sensor. Equivalent to a short telephoto lens, equivalent to 100mm on a 2x crop MFT sensor. The Samyang 50mm T1.3 cine is a great lens for close cropped portraits, and other applications requiring a short, fast telephoto lens. Its relatively compact size and weight for such a fast aperture lens means it is easily portable and unobtrusive, great for candid or low light street video or film work.
