With the Vertical Module v2, the system can lift a total of 11.4 lb (5.2 kg) in a fully vertical configuration.

This includes the weight of the HeadPLUS v3 of 5.7 lb (2.6 kg) plus an additional 5.7 lb (2.6 kg) for the camera body, lens, batteries, and any additional HeadPLUS components.

The edelkrone Power Module (sold separately) is highly recommended for vertical configurations. It allows you to remove the batteries mounted on the HeadPLUS or SliderPLUS, which would otherwise consume some of the system's lift capacity.

Alternatively, the entire system can be powered by a single battery. external air positioned in a fixed position, not moving with the sled. This frees up valuable load capacity for the camera, lens, and HeadPLUS add-ons, allowing you to mount heavier equipment and make the most of the setup's vertical range of motion.
