Tilta Hydra Alien Car Mounting System Pro Kit (V-Mount)

The Hydra Alien Pro kit offers a complete package for flexible car mounting, including additional accessories to offer more accurate control and greater ease of use. The Pro Kit includes the Remote Control Kit which offers full wired or wireless control of the DJI RS 2 and includes the Hydra Alien monitor bracket which makes it easy to monitor footage while controlling the RS 2.

The Hydra Alien Car Mount System was designed from the ground up to work in conjunction with smaller gimbals to allow for a lightweight solution for car-mounted cinematography.

The system uses a highly customizable combination of dovetail plates and suction cups capable of supporting a payload of 50kg each.

Highly elastic, shock-absorbing silicone offers longer life and less abrasion, while upgraded suction cup plungers create a stronger seal for greater safety in colder climates.

When interconnected, the system allows users to fine-tune the exact positioning of the shot to achieve nearly every possible angle when mounting on a vehicle.

The system also uses a shock-absorbing arm to better stabilize the camera for certain shots, as well as a spring-loaded cradle head if the intended shot requires the gimbal to be turned upside down.

The new hydraulic damping pole further stabilizes the boom to provide smoother results when driving conditions are not optimal.

The Hydra Alien supports full wireless control of RS2 via the included remote control kit for RS2 which allows you to control the RS 2 gimbal settings as well as camera recording and photo functions via a wired or wireless connection.

It also includes a lever that allows you to control the pan and tilt of your gimbal for maximum precision during operation.

The new Hard Shell Security Case is designed to store and protect the Hydra Alien.

This allows you to safely transport the system between shooting locations and to store the system neatly when not in use.

The waterproof design protects the case and equipment from hazards such as rain and snow.

This case replaces the one included with the Hydra Alien, but can also be used to store other equipment if needed.

High Low. On the side of the car, mounted above it, you can configure almost any car-mounted camera using the Hydra alien car mount system. Let your imagination run wild!

NOTE: This system supports any gimbal that can be mounted via 1/4 ″ -20 screws and power via P-Tap

The remote control handle only supports RS2.
